Heavy snowfall has severely damaged dozens of slums and tents of Syrian refugees in the northern Syrian cities of Afrin and Azaz.
The height of snow in the mentioned areas reached more than 40 cm and the roads leading to the camps were blocked due to heavy snowfall. Nearly 50 tents were damaged.
They collect plastic and cardboard to help stay warm and ask aid groups to help them get through the harsh winter.
Syrian refugees trying to clear their tents with limited facilities have appealed to humanitarian organizations for help.
