Israel is at war

In the early hours of yesterday, the Israeli military launched a relentless assault on the Gaza Strip, escalating an intense battle with Hamas. The death toll in the conflict with Palestinian militants has now surpassed 1,100 individuals. The Israeli military reported targeting over 500 sites within the Gaza Strip during nocturnal clashes. Simultaneously, confrontations are ongoing in eight locations within Israel near the Gaza border.

The heightened tension followed a significant offensive by Hamas just two days earlier, which involved rocket attacks and ground incursions targeting civilians, resulting in the capture of at least 100 hostages.
