Now, after the success of pilot vaccination programs in Ghana, Kenya and Malawi, the World Health Organization has said the vaccine should be distributed throughout southern Africa and other areas facing malaria outbreaks.
The World Health Organization (WHO) has said that the world is facing a historic moment: "The long-awaited malaria vaccine for children is finally here, with a major breakthrough in medical knowledge that could save the lives of tens of thousands of children each year.
