Following the rise of the Taliban in Afghanistan, many restrictions were imposed on women, from rape to forced hijab.
After the Taliban became official in Afghanistan, however, the situation changed slightly. At first, it was said that women could continue their activities in some cases with the Islamic hijab, but it did not take long for the Taliban to impose various job restrictions on women.
The last restriction imposed on women was a ban on teaching at the university. Due to this law and according to the Taliban Prime Minister, women do not have the right to teach in universities until an Islamic context is established in this country.
The Taliban's reactionary approach to various issues has forced many Afghan men and women to leave their homeland, and this is certainly not in the interest of the country or even in the interest of the Taliban.
It will certainly not be the last restriction imposed on women, but how far does the Taliban really want to go with this backward look? And most importantly, who will compensate the people of Afghanistan?
